SEPX, LLC operates a single contact address. Our support team is available Monday – Friday, 16:00–20:00 CET; messages sent outside those hours are answered on the next working day. To help us answer quickly, add an attention line to your subject (for example, Attn: Data Protection) when your request is specialised. The directory below tells you which line to use.

To help us resolve your issue on the first reply, please include where relevant:

• Your Discord user ID or username (and the server, if the issue involves a specific guild).
• The product in question — a Discord bot or the SE Keys unlock flow.
• Any relevant click ID, access key, link, or timestamp, and a clear description of what you expected to happen versus what actually happened.
• Screenshots or error messages, if available.

This is a mailing and contact address. SEPX does not operate a public walk-in office at this location, and visits are by prior arrangement only. For the fastest response, email is preferred over post.

We may ask follow-up questions to confirm your identity before disclosing or deleting data.
