01Agreement & Acceptance

These Terms of Service are the agreement between you and SEPX, LLC for using our Discord bots, the SE Keys access system, and our websites. By using any of them, you agree to these Terms.

SEPX, LLC ("SEPX", "we", "us" or "our") is a limited liability company (LLC) formed on May 5, 2026 in the State of Delaware, United States of America, with company identifier 10611201 and contact address Zachary Naone, Ehrenbergstraße 16a, Scanbox 20900, 10245 Berlin, Germany. SEPX operates the brand SECRETEXPLOITS.xyz.

These Terms govern your access to and use of, collectively, the "Services":

• the SEPX Discord bots, including the SE Keys access and unlock system; and
• the SECRETEXPLOITS.xyz website and any related pages, tools and content we provide.

You accept these Terms by accessing or using the Services, by clicking to unlock or generate a key, by adding a bot to a Discord server, or by creating an account. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

The following documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of your agreement with us: our Privacy Policy, our Community Guidelines, our DMCA Policy, our Cookie Policy and our Refund Policy. Where these Terms and an incorporated document conflict, these Terms control for the subject they address, unless the other document expressly states otherwise.

02Eligibility & Age

You must be old enough and legally permitted to use the Services.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. In the European Economic Area (EEA), you must be at least 16 years old where required by your local law for the processing of your personal data, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Services you represent that you meet these requirements.

You also represent and agree that:

• you will comply with the Discord Terms of Service and Discord's Community Guidelines, which apply whenever you use our bots or interact with us on Discord;
• you are responsible for all activity that occurs through your Discord account or any SEPX account you use; and
• you are not barred from using the Services under any applicable law, and you are not located in, or a resident of, a country or on a list subject to applicable sanctions or export controls.

03The Services

Here is what the Services are and how the SE Keys unlock flow works.

The Discord bots. Our bots add features to the Discord servers ("guilds") where they are installed, including access management and the SE Keys unlock system.

The SE Keys unlock flow. When you click Unlock or Generate Key in Discord, you receive a one-time link. To complete the flow you finish a third-party AdMaven content-locker ad offer. On verified completion, you receive an access key or a Discord role grant. The system is anti-bypass: it uses random, unguessable click identifiers and HMAC-signed, expiring, one-time links. Completing an ad offer is not a purchase and does not create a payment obligation to SEPX.

Cost. Where access is ad-supported, the Services are free to you. We also offer SE Keys Premium, an optional paid subscription at $14.99 USD per month, billed in cryptocurrency. Because SE Keys Premium is a digital subscription that is made available immediately and because cryptocurrency payments are irreversible, all SE Keys Premium payments are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Paid products and subscriptions are governed by these Terms and our Refund Policy. We may introduce further paid products or tiers on the same basis.

Changes to the Services. We may add, change, suspend, limit or discontinue any part of the Services, and any feature, key, role or offer, at any time and without liability to you, except as required by law. We will use reasonable efforts to give notice of material changes where practical.

04Accounts & Access

You are responsible for your account, your credentials, and any server where you install our bot.

Access to certain Services uses Discord OAuth login. You authenticate through Discord, and we rely on the information Discord provides. You must:

• provide accurate information and keep it up to date;
• keep your login credentials and sessions secure and not share them; and
• promptly tell us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

Server owners and administrators. If you are a guild owner or administrator who adds a SEPX bot to a Discord server, you are responsible for your server's configuration, for your members' use of the Services within that server, and for ensuring you have the authority and any required permissions or consents to install and operate the bot. You agree to use the bot in line with these Terms, the Community Guidelines and Discord's rules.

05Acceptable Use

Use the Services fairly. Do not attack the unlock system, defraud our advertisers, or harm other users.

You must follow our Community Guidelines, which form part of these Terms. In addition, you must not, and must not attempt to or help anyone else:

• bypass, defeat, tamper with, or interfere with the anti-bypass or unlock system, including the click identifiers and HMAC-signed, expiring, one-time links;
• fake, spoof, or simulate ad-offer completions, or otherwise obtain a key or role without genuinely completing the required offer;
• use automation, bots, scripts, emulators, or click farms to generate links, farm keys or roles, or inflate completions;
• sell, resell, trade, rent, sublicense, or otherwise transfer access keys, roles, or virtual items;
• engage in fraud, payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or any deceptive practice against SEPX, our advertisers, or other users;
• scrape, crawl, harvest, or systematically collect data from the Services without our written permission;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Services, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
• introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code, or probe, overload, or disrupt the Services or their infrastructure;
• harass, abuse, threaten, defame, or impersonate others, or invade their privacy; or
• upload, post, transmit, or distribute content that is illegal or that infringes the intellectual property or other rights of others. Copyright complaints are handled under our DMCA Policy.

06User Content & Submissions

You keep ownership of what you submit through the Services. You grant us a limited licence to host and display it so the Services can work.

"User Content" means the content you submit, post, or transmit through the Services, including the messages and materials you send to our Discord bots and to support, and any other materials you provide. As between you and SEPX, you retain ownership of your User Content and any intellectual property rights in it.

You grant SEPX, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, cache, reproduce, transmit, adapt for technical formatting, and display your User Content solely to operate, provide, secure, and improve the Services and as you direct (for example, delivering a message to its recipient). This licence ends when your User Content is removed, except for content already shared with others, content we must retain to comply with law, and reasonable backup copies.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the rights needed to submit it and grant the licence above. We may review, restrict, or remove User Content that violates these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law, or that creates risk or liability for us.

Feedback. If you send us suggestions, feedback, or ideas about the Services, you grant SEPX a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you.

07Third-Party Services

The Services rely on third parties. Their terms apply, and we are not responsible for what they do.

The Services integrate with and depend on third parties, including:

• Discord — the platform we run on and our OAuth login provider;
• AdMaven — ad monetisation and content-locker offers. Third-party offers set their own cookies and are governed by their own terms and privacy notices;
• Google Gemini — AI features such as support answers, guild insights, draft notification text, and assistance scoring borderline fraud cases; and
• cryptocurrency payment providers that process payments for SE Keys Premium and any other paid products, and our hosting, database, and infrastructure providers.

Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party's own terms and privacy policy. Ad offers originate from third parties, not from SEPX. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party offers, websites, products, or content, including their availability, accuracy, or safety. Any dispute about a third-party offer is between you and that third party. For more on how third parties are involved in data handling, see our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

08Intellectual Property

We own the Services and our brands. You get a limited right to use them, nothing more.

The Services, including all software, bots, designs, text, graphics, and their selection and arrangement, and the brands, names, logos, and marks SecretExploits, SEPX and SECRETEXPLOITS.xyz, are owned by SEPX, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for their intended purpose and for your personal, non-commercial use. We reserve all rights not expressly granted. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our names, logos, or marks without our prior written permission.

09Keys, Roles & Virtual Items

Keys and roles are a licence to access content. They have no cash value and cannot be sold.

Access keys, Discord role grants, and any other virtual items provided through the Services are a limited, personal, revocable, and non-transferable licence to access content or features. They:

• have no monetary value and are not your property, money, or credit;
• may expire automatically — access keys expire per a per-guild time-to-live (TTL), which defaults to one hour, and role grants are tracked until expiry; and
• are not transferable, resellable, or redeemable for cash, and may be suspended or revoked if obtained in breach of these Terms.

10Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is". We do not promise they will always work or be accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services, including all AI output, keys, roles, and third-party offers, are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We expressly disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error-free;
• AI-generated output (for example, from Google Gemini) will be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your purposes — you should not rely on it as professional advice; or
• any third-party offer, including AdMaven offers, will be available, accurate, or complete.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you is limited. Read this carefully.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEPX, LLC and its owners, members, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amounts you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that the law does not allow to be excluded. If you are a consumer, you keep all mandatory legal rights that cannot be waived.

12Indemnification

If your misuse of the Services causes us a loss, you agree to cover it.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SEPX, LLC and its owners, members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms or any incorporated policy; (c) your User Content; or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

13Termination

You can stop using the Services anytime. We can suspend or end access if you break the rules or create risk.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access to all or part of the Services, remove content, revoke keys or roles, or remove our bot from a server, at any time and with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or an incorporated policy, that your use creates legal or security risk or fraud, or as required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time, and you may remove our bot from your server where that option is available.

On termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive — including User Content licences already granted, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law and disputes, and miscellaneous — survive termination.

14Governing Law & Disputes

Delaware law governs these Terms. Contact us first; most issues can be resolved without a formal dispute.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Informal resolution first. Before starting any formal proceeding, please contact us at [email protected] and describe your concern. We will try in good faith to resolve it informally. Most issues can be settled this way.

Arbitration and venue. Except where prohibited by law, if a dispute is not resolved informally within sixty (60) days, you and SEPX agree to resolve it through binding individual arbitration seated in Delaware, or in the state or federal courts located in State of Delaware, USA, and you consent to that venue and jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only.

Class-action waiver. To the extent permitted by law, you and SEPX waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, or representative action.

15Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new date and give notice of important changes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date shown on this page. The current effective date is June 6, 2026. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice before it takes effect, for example through the Services or by another reasonable method. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.

16Miscellaneous

A few standard but important legal points.

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the documents incorporated by reference, are the entire agreement between you and SEPX regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements on the subject.
• Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of these Terms remain in full effect, and the unenforceable provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our consent. SEPX may assign them, for example in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Force majeure. We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of third-party providers, acts of nature, or government action.
• Language. These Terms are written in English, and the English version controls. Any translation is provided for convenience only.
