01Overview
Most of what SEPX offers is free and ad-supported. Our one paid product today is SE Keys Premium at $14.99 USD per month, paid in cryptocurrency — and all Premium sales are final and non-refundable.
This Refund Policy describes the terms on which SEPX, LLC ("SEPX", "we", "us" or "our") provides — and does not provide — refunds for paid products across our properties, including SECRETEXPLOITS.xyz. It applies in addition to our Terms of Service and forms part of the agreement between you and us.
SEPX operates the SEPX Discord bots and the SE Keys access and unlock system. Access keys, unlocks and Discord role grants delivered through the SE Keys system are free to the user and funded by third-party ad offers. Separately, we offer an optional paid subscription, SE Keys Premium, billed in cryptocurrency. Because Premium is digital, delivered immediately, and paid with irreversible cryptocurrency transactions, it is sold on a strictly non-refundable, all-sales-final basis, subject only to the mandatory legal rights described below.

02Nature of Digital Goods
Keys, role grants, and Premium access are digital goods delivered or activated immediately, so they cannot be returned once delivered.
The benefits we provide — access keys, unlock links, Discord role grants, and the SE Keys Premium subscription — are intangible digital goods. They are delivered electronically and take effect the moment they are generated, sent, activated, or redeemed. Because performance is complete on delivery, we cannot "return" a digital good to inventory the way a physical product can be returned.
For this reason, and except as required by law:
- A generated access
key, once issued, is treated as delivered, whether or not you later choose to redeem it. - A Discord role grant is treated as delivered the moment the role is applied to your account, and remains in effect until its scheduled expiry.
- A SE Keys Premium subscription is treated as delivered as soon as Premium features are enabled on your account.
Where the law gives you a withdrawal or cancellation right for digital content, that right is addressed in the EU/UK Right of Withdrawal section below.
03Ad-Supported Access Is Not a Purchase
When you complete an AdMaven ad offer to unlock a key or role, you are not paying SEPX. There is no purchase, so there is nothing for us to refund.
Our core access flow is free. When you click Unlock or Generate Key in Discord, you receive a one-time link and are directed to a third-party AdMaven content-locker offer. On verified completion of that offer you receive an access key or a Discord role grant. Completing an ad offer generates advertising revenue for the provider; it is not a payment to SEPX and does not entitle you to any refund from us.
- We do not charge you for access delivered through the
SE Keyssystem, so no refund of a SEPX charge can arise from it. - AdMaven offers — including any survey, download, subscription, or payment a third-party advertiser may request — are operated by and governed by AdMaven and the relevant advertiser, under their own terms and privacy notices.
- If you have an issue with a third-party ad offer, you must raise it directly with AdMaven or that advertiser. SEPX cannot refund money you did not pay to us.

05EU/UK Right of Withdrawal
Consumers in the EU and UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, you ask us to start right away and accept that you lose that right once we begin — but your mandatory consumer rights are never affected.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
However, for digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium and is delivered immediately, the law allows you to consent to performance beginning during the withdrawal period and to lose the withdrawal right once it does. By purchasing SE Keys Premium and choosing immediate access, you expressly request and consent that we begin supplying the digital content immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun.
Nothing in this policy removes or limits any statutory or mandatory consumer right you have under the law of your country of residence, including rights relating to content that is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Where such a right requires a refund, we will honour it.
06All Sales Are Final
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, unused time, or policy violations. The narrow exceptions below exist only because the law requires them.

Any refund we make in the rare cases above is at our reasonable discretion unless required by law, does not set a precedent, and may be paid in cryptocurrency to a wallet you control or by another method we choose.
07Billing Problems & Errors
Premium is non-refundable, but if you were charged in error or Premium will not activate, contact us and we will make it right.
If you believe you were charged in error, charged twice, or your Premium features did not activate after payment, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the transaction. Please include:
- the Discord account associated with the subscription;
- the transaction hash (and the wallet address you paid from), the amount, and the date of the payment; and
- a short description of the problem.
We will investigate and respond within a reasonable time. If we confirm an error or a delivery failure we cannot resolve, we will restore your access or, where appropriate or legally required, return the verified amount in cryptocurrency to a wallet you control. This process is for billing errors and delivery failures — it is not a general refund right.
08Crypto Payments Are Final
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. There is no chargeback mechanism, and we cannot "undo" a confirmed payment.
Unlike card payments, a confirmed cryptocurrency transaction cannot be reversed, recalled, or charged back — by you or by us. Once the network confirms your payment, the funds have moved and the transaction is permanent. Please double-check the amount, network, and address before you send any payment.
If something goes wrong, do not attempt to reverse the payment (it is not possible). Instead contact us at [email protected] and we will help resolve genuine billing errors and delivery failures as described above. Attempting to fraudulently reverse, claw back, or dispute a legitimate, delivered purchase may be treated as a breach of our Terms of Service, and we may suspend or terminate your access and associated keys or roles.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the mandatory law of your country of residence. Where this policy conflicts with a right that cannot be waived, that right prevails. This policy is governed by the State of Delaware, USA, without prejudice to those mandatory consumer protections.
