01Scope & Purpose
These Community Guidelines are the house rules for every space we run. Be respectful, stay legal, do not abuse the system, and report problems. If you break the rules, we may take action up to and including a permanent ban.
These Community Guidelines (the “Guidelines”) are published by SEPX, LLC (SEPX, “we”, “us” or “our”), a limited liability company (LLC) formed in the State of Delaware, United States of America. They apply to everyone who uses any space or service we operate, including:
- all SEPX Discord servers and our Discord bots, including the SE Keys access and unlock system;
- any content or submissions you make through our Discord bots or to our support team, including unlock requests and messages; and
- our websites and brand properties, including SECRETEXPLOITS.xyz (together, the “Services”).
By joining a SEPX server, interacting with a SEPX bot, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to follow these Guidelines. They work alongside our Terms of Service, which they form a part of, and our Privacy Policy. Where the Terms of Service and these Guidelines both apply, both are binding; the Terms govern in the event of a direct conflict. The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area where required by local law), and these Guidelines apply to all users regardless of age.
The summary at the top of each section is provided for convenience only. The full text controls. These Guidelines are a general policy statement and are not individualised legal advice. If you need advice about your specific situation, please consult a qualified lawyer.
02Respect Others
Treat everyone with basic respect. Harassment, hate and threats are not welcome here.
You may not use the Services to:
- harass, bully, stalk, intimidate, or repeatedly target another person against their wishes;
- post hate speech or attack people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, serious disease, age, or any other protected characteristic;
- make threats of violence, or wish, glorify, or incite harm against any person or group;
- encourage or promote suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders, or pressure others toward them;
- dox anyone, that is, publish or threaten to publish private or identifying information (such as a home address, phone number, government ID, financial details, or private messages) without that person’s consent; and
- share sexual content involving a person without their consent, including intimate images and non-consensual deepfakes.
Disagreement is fine; cruelty is not. We expect good faith and a baseline of civility in every SEPX space.
03Keep It Legal
Do not use the Services for anything illegal. Some content has zero tolerance and is reported to the authorities.
You may not use the Services to post, link to, request, or facilitate:
- content or activity that is unlawful in the jurisdictions that apply to you or to us;
- the sale or distribution of regulated, stolen, or dangerous goods, including illegal drugs, weapons, and stolen credentials or data;
- fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime; or
- real-world harm, including planning, coordinating, or facilitating violence, terrorism, trafficking, or physical harm to any person.
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM), the sexualisation of minors, child grooming, or any form of child endangerment. Accounts involved are terminated immediately. We report such material and conduct to law enforcement and to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and may preserve and disclose related data as permitted or required by law.
04Security & Malware
Do not weaponise our Services. Our brand names describe what we offer through our own service, not permission to attack anyone.
You may not:
- distribute or link to malware, ransomware, spyware, keyloggers, stealers, remote-access trojans, or other malicious code;
- run phishing, credential-harvesting, or social-engineering schemes, including fake login pages and impersonated giveaways;
- use the Services to attack, scan, probe, exploit, gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, overload, or deny service to any system, network, or account, whether ours or a third party’s; and
- attempt to circumvent, disable, or defeat any security feature of the Services, including rate limits, signed links, and access controls described in our Privacy Policy.
The SECRETEXPLOITS.xyz name refers to content, tools, and material that we choose to offer through our own Services. It is not an invitation, licence, or authorisation to attack, access, or interfere with any third party’s systems, accounts, or data. Nothing in our branding overrides the prohibitions in this section.
05Respect the Access System
The SE Keys unlock flow keeps the Services free and funded through ads. Do not cheat it.
Access to certain content is granted through our anti-bypass unlock flow: you click Unlock or Generate Key in Discord, receive a one-time link, complete a third-party content-locker ad offer, and on verified completion receive an access key or a Discord role grant. The flow uses unguessable click IDs and HMAC-signed, expiring, one-time links by design. You may not:
- bypass, defeat, reverse-engineer, or otherwise circumvent the anti-bypass mechanisms of the SE Keys system;
- fake, spoof, replay, or automate ad-offer completions, or otherwise obtain a
keywithout genuinely completing the required offer; - use bots, self-bots, macros, scripts, emulators, or automation of any kind to farm, generate, or harvest keys or role grants; and
- resell, trade, rent, auction, or publicly share access keys, one-time links, or unlock URLs, or pool them across users.
Keys are issued to you, expire on a per-guild basis (by default after about one hour), and are intended for your personal use within the relevant SEPX space. Tampering with the unlock flow is treated as a serious violation. Completing an ad offer is not a purchase and gives you no ownership of any key.
06No Spam or Scams
Keep our spaces clean. No spam, no scams, no coordinated pile-ons.
You may not:
- post spam, flood channels, repeat the same message, or otherwise disrupt conversation;
- run scams or deceptive schemes, including fake giveaways, investment or crypto scams, and “free nitro” or account-credential lures;
- send unsolicited advertising or promotion, including mass or automated direct messages to members; and
- organise or take part in raids, brigading, or coordinated harassment of a server, channel, or individual.
07Intellectual Property
Respect other people’s work. Do not post content you do not have the right to share.
You may not post, upload, or distribute content that infringes the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property or proprietary rights of any third party. Only share material that you own or are otherwise authorised to share.
If you believe content available through the Services infringes your copyright, you can submit a notice under our DMCA Policy. Rights holders may also write to [email protected] with the attention line Attn: DMCA Agent.
08Account Integrity
One person, playing fair. No evading bans, no pretending to be someone else.
You may not:
- evade a ban, suspension, blocklist, or other enforcement action, including by creating new or alternate accounts (ban evasion);
- impersonate another person, brand, SEPX staff, or any other entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with them;
- use alternate or throwaway accounts (alts) to circumvent rate limits, key limits, age restrictions, or any other limit we impose; and
- buy, sell, transfer, or share accounts.
You are responsible for all activity that takes place on or through your account and your Discord identity, and for keeping your credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us promptly.
09User Content Rules
Any content or submissions you make through our Discord bots or to our support team must follow these Guidelines.
When you submit content through the Services, including messages you send to our Discord bots, unlock requests, support tickets, and any text, links, or files you share with us, everything you submit must comply with these Guidelines. In particular, you may not:
- submit prohibited or unlawful content of the kinds described above, including content covered by the zero-tolerance rules in Section 3;
- use names or images that harass, impersonate, deceive, or contain hateful or illegal content; or
- ignore age or NSFW restrictions, content labels, or gating that we apply to certain content or spaces.
You retain responsibility for your content. How we process the data you submit through the Services is described in our Privacy Policy, and your broader rights and obligations are set out in the Terms of Service.
10Enforcement
We respond to violations in proportion to how serious they are, using both automated detection and human review.
When we believe these Guidelines have been broken, we may take one or more of the following actions, depending on the severity, context, and history of the conduct:
- issue a warning;
- revoke access keys, role grants, or other entitlements;
- apply rate limiting or temporarily restrict features;
- blocklist by IP address, device fingerprint, Discord ID, or account, including denying access to the unlock flow;
- remove content, ban from one or more Discord servers; and
- suspend or permanently terminate accounts and access to the Services.
We use a combination of automated detection (including fraud and anti-bypass signals such as device fingerprinting, click-ID analysis, fraud risk scoring, and rate limiting) and human review. Some borderline fraud cases may be assisted by AI scoring, but enforcement decisions of consequence are subject to human review. Serious or repeated violations, and any zero-tolerance conduct, may result in immediate and permanent action without prior warning. Enforcement under these Guidelines is in addition to any rights we have under the Terms of Service and applicable law.
11Reporting Violations
See something that breaks the rules? Tell us, and give us enough detail to act.
To report a violation, contact our Trust & Safety team at [email protected] with the attention line Attn: Trust & Safety. You can also reach us by post at Zachary Naone, Ehrenbergstraße 16a, Scanbox 20900, 10245 Berlin, Germany or through our Contact page. To help us investigate quickly, please include:
- links to the content or messages in question;
- relevant IDs (such as the Discord user ID, username, server or guild ID, channel, or message ID);
- screenshots or other evidence, with timestamps where possible; and
- a short description of what happened and why you believe it breaks the rules.
For copyright complaints, please use the DMCA Policy instead, and for privacy or data-protection requests, write to [email protected] with Attn: Data Protection.
12Appeals
If you think we got an enforcement decision wrong, you can appeal in good faith.
If your access, content, or account has been restricted or removed and you believe this was a mistake, you may appeal by emailing [email protected] with the attention line Attn: Trust & Safety. To help us review your appeal, please include:
- the account, Discord ID, or username affected;
- the action you are appealing and roughly when it happened;
- any reference, case, or message ID we provided; and
- a clear, good-faith explanation of why you believe the decision should be reversed.
We review appeals as resources allow and aim to respond within a reasonable time. Appeals must be made in good faith; abusive, dishonest, or repeated meritless appeals may be declined. Our decision on an appeal is final.
13Changes
These Guidelines may change as our Services grow.
We may update these Guidelines from time to time, for example to reflect new features, legal requirements, or lessons from enforcement. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date shown above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Guidelines. These Guidelines, the Terms of Service, and our other policies are governed by the State of Delaware, USA.
